More Convention information

Here is a schedule as it stands with the Hotel for the rooms and dinner. 7/16/04----12:00PM to 11:59PM Hospitality room 220 is open for our use (if we get our block of 50 rooms filled or OUCH pays to have the room) 7/17/04----12:00am to 11:59pm Hospitality room 220 is open for our use (if we get our block of 50 rooms filled or OUCH pays to have the room) 7/17/04----8:00am to 5:00pm General session in the Centennial room 7/17/04----6:00pm to 11:59 Dinner in the Centennial room You can arrive before and stay after if you would like at normal rates with the hotel. This will have to be taken care of in advance.

| I just called the hotel to confirm the actual cost of the rooms for dates other than July 16/17. The receptionist told me that my cost for ALL 4 nights are being charged at the OUCH convention rate.

Hey Blue, we only have this space for the convention dates of July 16 and July 17. But Im only the convention chair so what do I know. If ya got any other ?'s PM me and Ill see what I can find out or you may want to call the hotel and talk to someone there dear sorry I cant be of more help to on this. Leesa, who REALLY is going to need xanax!!
