As I mentioned in another post... If I am going to make it to Nashville I will have to do it on my way back from TX and that means bringing the Kids along. Now for my next question.....

Do I have to pay $75 per child also? If I do, I know I will not be able to attend, Not sure now how I am going to pay for just one?

Gena,

I'm in not an authority to answer your question, but my opinion is that kids should be FREE. I would hate to see you can't make it because you have children. Really hope you show up.

No, you don't have to pay registration on the kids (like they'd enjoy the meetings Tongue). But if you want them to attend the banquet on Saturday night, it will be $25 per for the dinner.

Where are you going in Texas. Maybe one of the TX bunch can meet you for lunch or dinner or something. We're all over the state.

So another question then...my husband does not want to go to the meeting, but will be there for the meal.  So do I register him for 75.00??  Or just me and pay for the meals for him and my kids???

And Gena, I should be able to let you know by tomorrow about the hotel room...I am planning on the Holdiay Inn Vanderbilt for convenience...but still working on it.  IM me for more info.

Is everyone staying at the HI VANDERBILT????

Just sign up for you and pay for the dinner for your hubby and the kids.  Thats the way we did it in Atlanta unless things have changed that I am unaware of, or have missed.
