Update of the new meds and such

Well, I am on week 3 of the Neurontin and up to 400 mg each night. About a week into it, I started getting hit really hard all day and all night and was about ready to say Fuck it, cause it was getting to really wear on me. Glad I didn't. As of today I have not had a HA (just some shadows and low kips which just aren't the same as HA) during the day for 4 days(well at least during the hours of 6am and 5pm). Also I am not getting hit as often or as hard in the evening and at night. I am still getting my 9pm and 3am but that I can at least deal with that.
Now that I have had the Cat Scan, I have to call and get my appointment with the Neurologist. Hopefully that wont take to long.
Thanks everybody. Now I just need to get rid of the damn cold, or flu or whatever the fuck is making me cough like I smoke 3 packs a day....

I am so happy that the nuerontin is working for you. How high are you suppose to go?
I only wish it was working for me I am up to 4800 mg a day.
I hope it continues to work for you and you are soon PF.

Becky I am not sure. I am supposed to stay on the 400 until I see the neurologist. The doc said that we would double fro there and wrok up. I guess what I am afraid of the most is that it is a fluke because I had 3 days off work. And that was just a normal 4 day break that i get ever 2 months of so. Hopeing it is not but crossing my fingers that it will work out.

Hope it really works for you and helps keep you PF.......I had to stop takein it cuz it makes me DRUNK.......Brad asked me to never take it in public again and started gettin red patches also and doc took me off it. (I'm a supporter and took it for other stuff) Side effects Queen of den-ial Pam

Hi Tia,
I hope you are still pain free. I wouldn't up the neurontin untill you talk to your Dr. If you find that this dose is not working call him, don't wait untill your next appt.
