...that I should start Topamax treatment. So, from now on, I'll take one 25mg tablet each night for two weeks and then ingrease the amount to two. Let's see if this one works. I had so much fun with the beast yesterday with 3 kips 8s and an essay to write. And heh, I'm really looking forward to find out if the med can confuse my thoughts even more like the side effects list promised! Best wishes & PFdays, sandie99

Sandie, I wish you much success with the Topomax! I don't have any experience with it, but from what I read, you might go dumb. dumb, dumber & dumberer, me, myself and I

Very best wishes, Sandie! The cluster monster has been hurling my ass around the living room for the past couple of nights, too. My sympathy, compassion, and wishes for good fortune to you.

I started on Topamax last Wednesday. Unfortunately, the Neuro (by phone to my GP) also started me on Tomazapam (sp?). I had a nasty CH all of friday night and ended up in the ER Saturday morning. The rest of the weekend was spent in a drug-induced haze. My GP yesterday told me I was being "overloaded" with meds and stopped the Tomazapam. Unfortunately, it will take a couple of days to leave my system, so I am still extremely tired, but have to function at work. I'm supposed to up the dosage of the Topamax tomorrow night, and I'll try to keep you informed of how I do once the Tomazapam leaves my system. Hopefully I'll finally wake up and get something done.
