Hey Lizzie, for the bad patients, you could always give them sugar free chocolate, made with sugar alcohols. That'll leave them pretty "gassed" up! hehehe

LOL Mel!! Well, my roommate is pre-diabetic, and she can't have a lot of sugar, and a few times she has brought that fake sugar-free chocolate stuff into the apartment! Her warning was, "never eat too much of this stuff at once!" LOL!!
