Judging Amy and ER

Hey guys....just a little fyi. I'm going to be on "Judging Amy" this Tuesday the 6th, and ER on the 8th.
I only have one scene on Judging Amy and I believe it happens in the first 15 minutes. I play a pretty shady character named Carl Barson who's a drug dealer....the scene takes place in the courtroom.
On ER I have 2-3 scenes and I play a character who they think is drug seeking, (are you guys seeing a pattern here?), I just hope it doesn't get edited too much. Just look for the clusterhead with the furrows in the forehead.
Later this month on "NYPD BLUE", I play a guy who gets busted in a "massage parlor and I had to do one of the scenes in my underwear. Horrifying, considering I was bloated on the ole predisone at the time.
I give you this information not out of ego, but rather joy and excitement. It's so nice to talk to people who KNOW. Nuff said.

Good goin buckeye!  I will definately look for you, even though I have NO idea what you look like!  I don't suppose you have a pic of yourself to post?  Would make things lots easier.  If not, that's ok too.  Was it always a dream of yours to be an actor?  It was mine at one time.... who knows, maybe someday when I'm 50 or 60yrs old, I'll get noticed, LMAO!

Maybe if I make it to Nashville you can give me a tattoo Jonny....it would be my first. Judging from the pictures of last years gathering, it may be required to  get in.

Damn buckeye, good for you for pursuing the dream! And here I am stuck running a community theater company in Pittsburgh, doing roles when I can get them for NO money. Wish I had your guts!

Best of luck to you, man!

Hey Pitt. Joe....got my start doing theatre....it's the best training ground there is. I used to drive over to Pittsburgh from Columbus to audition for movies back in the early 90's. They shot a lot of stuff there ie, "Silence of the Lambs", "Striking Distance", Etc. ...they could make downtown look like NYC and save big money on production costs. I wish I could post a picture but I am truly computer illiterate....I've been typing this for 45 minutes.
I would love to get an airbrush "TAT"....my wife would laugh her ass off. I really want to make it to Nashville. Cool

Buckeye, yeah theater is a great training ground. And Pittsburgh is sometimes a great place to get movie work, though all I've done so far is extra and stand-in work. I've worked on Innocent Blood, Hoffa, Money for Nothing, The Fire Next Time, Cemetery Club, Citizen Cohn and The West Wing from here. Not a bad record, really. Still, one of these days I'd love to give LA a shot. Who knows, maybe some day...

Glad to hear so many clusterheads will be watching....in the "ER" episode I actually am carrying my Zomig inhaler in my jacket pocket.  Be prepared. Had my 02 tank in my trailer.....thankfully didn't have to use it.
Just got a call for a last second audition today at 3:45 for "CSI".....feeling a little amped on prednisone, (at the tail end of my taper), but figure I'll go for it anyway. I've had a much tougher time on prednisone this go round....I feel like I'm going to jump out of my skin sometimes. Can't wait to get off it. Hopefully the Verap and new anti-seizure Gabitril have taken hold by now. At least it's warding off the beast. I just hate the anxious feeling the pred can cause....all for now.

Gabitril did not do much for me.  I was only on 8m at night. But at least I did not have the side effects that Topomax did.

Damn it though you all are making me miss Theatre even more. It was my minor and I have not done it since I had my daughter.  The only outlet I get now is making Ren Faire costumes and having a kick in Character when we go.

I dont watch TV much but I'll try and remember to turn them on.

Break a leg and good luck on the CSI Audition.

Yeah....I'd like to get this one. I think I've read for that show 5-6 times.....I'm due. Plus I could use the dough.
Maybe apply it towards Nashville? Oh well, I'll just do my best and see how things shake out.
