I really wish.... for the first time since Ive been getting these...and that's been almost too long to count... that I could just call someone...keep em on the phone with me while this is happening..getting a comfort in knowing they've felt or are feeling at the same time what is happening. I really gotta ask....cuz I thought I was doin good..but it seems its goin backwards. Took a half day today...couldn't handle it. Am I in the "lose it" mode? Is this normal?

A clusterhead called me at 3 am one morning and said "I am going to kill myself"...I said "Good, that way you will never call me this early again"......He laughed and hung up, That was about three years ago and hes still with us.

You could call me Luke but it might cost ya a pretty penny, seemings how long these things last (lol). I'm used to that kinda things these days, from my kids up sick in the middle of the night, losing both my grandparents to psycho sister losing her long time boyfriend. I feel like this group is kinda like what AA is probably like, you need a sponser type deal. If you need me I'm here, we're all here. PM me if you want to. Just let me know.

At least since coming here......you are not alone.
Lots of folks here on the board thru the night. You can always see if they will go to the chatroom if you feel you need to have company.
I don't think anyone here would refuse your request. I am just the opposite.....I couldn't talk on the phone or post while in the throws of a CH. Everyone handles it differently though.
I sure hope you get some relief from the pain. I know it's tough, but it WILL get better.

I've recently got into this...well Im single now. Before...at least I knew someone was around .....but now It's kinda not too cool doin it alone..I really dont like it.....Ive talked to a friend a few times while it's happened this cycle...it helps me sometimes...not all the time but sometimes.
