When the Beast comes during the day, I can except it's timing for whatever reason. Somebody tell me why at night when I have fallen into a deep sleep, at 1 a.m. the Beast returns with perfect timing and a grudge. Do you experience the same, and how does it work!

Many people think that the night hits are because of the adrenillin leaving your body as you go into REM. I'm sure there are other people who can be more scientific about it then I am. I currently get hit at 3am, so he must come see me after finishing up with you. PF Wishes -Tia

Try melatonin an hour before bed, see if that helps.

The melatonin works, however after reading the verap/ melatonin thread, and experiencing the "hangover" this morning, I'm not sure it goes well with verap... Or maybe it's the prednisone... I'm not sure.

What amazes me is the accuracy of timing on some nights. Intervals change, but the accuracy is always right on, wether it's 30 min intervals 45 min, 1 hr, 1.5 hrs, whatever... They always hit accurately within +or- 2 mins.

| Or maybe it's the 18 frickin mg's of melatonin, you will have a hangover headache JUST from the melatonin at that high doseage. But it beats the hell out of a ch. ......................... thomas (a.k.a.) the melatonin guru.

I had increased my dosage of verapamil in combination with melatonin during my last cycle with no trouble. I do not know about the steroid combination. John
