Freddy we are all here to help each other. Support comes in all shapes and sizes. And some of it is hard and mean but it is a big heart behind it that wants to help you. To help all of us. Nothing is said to make anyone feel foolish, and some are said in pain, as you yourself have done. That is all part of being in a family. Here we are all thrown together form all walks of life. But we have a common thread and that is the Pain of CH either our own or someone we love.
Always try and look at thing from the outsiders prospective. I know that that is hard to do. Hell I was ready to walk away form this board a week ago, because I felt attacked. But I took a short break and a deep breathe and realized that everything people said, they said because they care.
We are here to help you in any way that we can. Take the support you want and walk away from the stuff that does not help you. But in the end we are here to fight the beast and not each other.

There is a line I read here on the boards last week that has helped me a lot. It is simplistic, for sure, but it has helped me when I have received the bashings, the offers of Tylenol, things to bite, etc. The words are:

I've been flamed too - a few times. I know it can wreck your day, but in the long run, it's just an internet board, with the same kind of social structure as almost all internet boards.
People who don't ordinarily get snarly in your face, will take it out when they can do so in print. There are a lot of whackos that visit this place, and until you kind of "establish" yourself, you are a little open for a singe or 2, or 3, yadda yadda.
There are a lot of really nice people here, and they do want to support people. I hope you don't take off - really!
