I am not sure about this, but could Virgina Woolf be a clusterhead? I just bought The Hours DVD which included historians talking about her and they mentioned that she had "severe headaches, not the kinds that we have". Could they means CHs...?

thx floridian, doesn't sound like Virginia Wolf had clusters. Seemed that lying still helped them for her. I do not know of one single ch'er that can lie still... Also, the flashes of light (auras?) seem more like migraine. I know I don't get them, not sure about other ch'ers....

I get aura without migraine, and the aura is not associated with my clusters. Others have both clusters and migraine, though I am not sure if it is combined, or totally separate.

Civil War General Tipton, later of the Presidio I think, is thought to have killed himself because of headaches. Still no hard proof.  . There was a story about someone in the Royal Family but it didn't seem to pan out. We need a Rock Hudson type.
Jefferson had horrible headaches that may not have been migraines. No proof though.
