About convention................

Alright yall here is the deal............. first off Dave & I were the ones that wanted convention to be held here in Nashville, Jayne out of the kindness of her loving heart wanted to help out. I understand that yall want to know what is going on with all this but Ill tell ya, INFO will be given when we have it!!!!
All the reg. forms are coming to Dave and I. For the folks that want info on this there is a 1-800 number listed on the OUCH sight in case you have problems and you cant reg. on line. OPEN YOUR EYES FOLKS!!!!
Some of you are emailing Jayne and asking questoins and are concerned on if this is being handled right, well I hate to tell ya, but THERE NEVER HAS BEEN A GUIDELINE on how the convention is be handled!!!! After this convention I can promise you there will be so the next host doesnt have the same probs that Jayne an I are running into!! Elaine has been my saving grace in all the crap!! (E thanks for your insight it means alot  )
Here is a list of who is handling what,
Jayne- took care of hotel, getting some entertainment for us, the buffet dinner, making sure we have "goodies" in the hospitality suite, and the door prizes.
Myself- ordering the bags, and all the "goodies" to go in them, the registration forms, banners & posters for the convention. Along with anything eles that comes down the pike.
BarbD- is dealing with the t-shirt issue. (Barb thanks for the info!!!)
Cat- is dealing with the speakers. (Cat, thanks girl very much!!!)
See folks, alot of these things cant be ordered or done till we have a "ball park" figure on how many folks are going to show up.
Jayne is as she said "ONLY your assistant & I want to keep it that way." She was ready to quit due to all the BS that shes been getting from folks. If anyone has a ? about convention ASK ME..........email addy is here

Im not trying to be a bitch but yall have to cut us some slack here cuz this is the first time Jayne or I have done this!!! When Jayne or I or both of us have info trust me yall will know about it..........but untill then...........

I wasnt trying to piss any one off but everyone needs to understand that its really too far out yet to post anything or whats going on when I myself dont know all the details as of YET. Little by little things are coming together, but like all things it takes time. Kinda like a puzzle one piece at a time.  But when I do have details they will be posted for all to see. PROMISE. Cuz if I aint got nuttin I cant post nuttin. If I sounded like a bitch or pissed anyone off Im truely sorry. Forgive me for my short comings and bear with me Im new all this convention stuff.
