2late's crash

it's been a helluva year for me after my worst h.a. cycle in the 7 years that i've had this,felt great for a month then went into a bad anxiety and depression wich i'm still dealin' with. on prozack, & xanax but still basically feel like shit. I looked in the archives and found some clusterheads had this and was curious if anyone had some input.This is not like me at all to feel this way (isolated sometimes hopeless feeling i'm not even interested in my scooter! easily aggrivated) it's been almost 2 months. any advice would be greatly appreciated. i'm back on s.t.d. and worried about my job. sorry i've been blowin' off the board but i don't feel like doin' shit. let me know. .................Jack

good to see yer still around, was wondrin what happened to ya.
Anyway, I can TOTALLY understand how ya feel, I just had a breakdown last night. Had quit the anit-depressants cold turkey and was only takin xanax for the anxiety..............it all caught up with me yesterday, ended up on the couch in a fetal position blubbering like a baby (sickening).
I can so identify how you feel.......PM me if ya need to talk or just need a friendly voice in the night call (815) 765-1621.
Don't be too macho to ask for help on the MB either they saved me last night.

IMHO it would be only perfectly natural that you guys hit the wall from time to time. The pain and fear of the pain that you deal with so well would drive lesser mortals to despair a lot more often than it does with you CHers.
We all have a major meltdown from time to time, even those who are healthy, relatively comfortable and don't have to deal with the chaos that is CH. I think you all do extremely well.
Maybe you could force y'self on to that scoot mate. Who knows, it might clear the cobwebs, and you might have fun! Sometimes it is we who have to make the first move away from the negativity that surrounds us when we're depressed. Seek happiness and eventually, you'll find it. A long ride can do wonders for the soul (if its not too cold!!)

I am not unfamiliar with your words. I can only offer any moral support you ask for. While that is not an unfamiliar ballpark, I've played there, had losing streaks which I had no clue how to end, but played to winning seasons again with a little "teamwork". Answers came from outside myself, when I looked for them. Best to you, KEEP YOUR SPIRIT.

It's cold and cloudy... and you're in pain.... depression kinda makes sense, huh? But try not to get more depressed about being depressed! Prozac helps... if not, ask for a dosage increase.
