Know what you mean Randal and Elaine. BTDT so many damned times. Heavy shadows last nite, 'nuff to wake me, not 'nuff to grab the O2. Could it be the neurontin? Kip

I've been taking melatonin for a couple of months and get to sleep some. Mr. Demon doesn't appear until about three in the morning - most mornings. But the melatonin seems to be helping me get some sleep. You might try that. Don't know if it will help you, but it's worth a try. Hugs BD

I know exactly what you mean. I hated the idea of sleep knowing what lay in store. It never failed. Even though I've been free of this horror for going on 13 years, I've been nocturnal ever since. I seem to function better in the wee hours anyway. No doubt there are some undead ancestors hanging from the family tree. Sorry you have to deal with this thing. I found that my sleeping in a recliner would sometimes work. You might give it a shot. Charlie
