convention organizer?

hey gang. i should really know this, but who is the offical organizer of the convention? could someone email me their name or email address? i would like to contact the organizers to get permission to bring a small video crew to film part of a documentary. i will be posting on this board a description of my documentary soon and asking for participants.  thanks!

Hey Justin, how ya doing dude?  Im one of the organizers along with Jayne. She and I are "tag team" partners on this shin dig in Nashville. As for the film crew I think you may have to talk to the BOD officers and such to see if this would be possible. I for one think its GRAND idea!! But Im only one person and others may feel different. But Ya got my vote!!! Hope this gives some thing to go on hun.
