Ave, whoever you are, did you know that sarcasm is the lowest form of wit? The message in my inbox from you was totally unneccesary. Firstly, I have been posting on and off for 4 years now and yes I do intend posting for possibly the next 40 years. I did not realize I was "shouting" but honestly, the way you put it. I would be the first to apologize for typing in uppercase but am always in a hurry and it is easier and faster without having to worry about capital I's etc. Secondly, if you are a sufferer you should know better than to be sarcastic and petty. The pain is enough to endure let alone horrible replies - thats the last thing we need. Maybe you think I am an addict looking for an excuse to use but I think I would choose another sight to do that. We are here to help and support each other and if you intend sending me any more sarcastic messages, be mature enough to let me reply to you directly without putting my address on ignore in your inbox.

Debby, I do not know what has transpired, but I have met Ave, and she is a very sweet person and is highly intelligent and has a wonderful sense of humo(u)r and would not need to resort to sarcasm unless it was provoked.
If she in fact sent you an IM that you misinterpreted, the logical thing to do would be to return the IM and if you can't in fact return the IM, it would not be from her ignoring you, but more likely because this message board is case sensitive and you may not have gotten her username correct for the IM. If you typed it incorrectly, there is a small envelope below her username and profile that you could have used a direct link to send her an IM.
As an alternative, you could have posted that you wished to correspond with her and couldn't send an IM for some reason and would like to email her and requested her to contact you or give you her email address rather than publicly insulting and attacking her.
Everyone makes mistakes, and this medium makes for easy misinterpretations of the words written, so before you assume and make an ass out of u and me, it's wise to verify from every possible angle first.
I do not recognize your username, and if you have been around for awhile, you would already know these rules of etiquette here, and if you haven't, and you do in fact suffer from clusters, you will find that this site is a very informative and caring group of people. We tend to be very protective of those we know and love however, you can be one of those people should you wish to start over.

Ok, here goes, to answer everybodies questions. I posted a post in CAPITALS (not the one mentioned here). When I clicked on my messages there was a message from Ave which did upset me. I cannot display the message as I deleted it but it went something like this.
Debby dear, if you intend carrying on posting on this board I suggest you learn to turn your caps off. and further explained that it is "shouting" etc. etc. Cant remember all that was said. I admit I was wrong to type in capitals but did say why. It was not what you said Ave it was how you said it. Imagine this.
I was exhausted from sleepless nights, trying to work full day in a new job, drowzy from all the meds, trying to run a business (small) from home in the evenings, husband running out of patients cause of my attacks, children running up and down wanting me to do everything for them. I am mentally and physically drained from all of this as I am sure most of you are. Was feeling really guilty for not being a proper wife/mother as I am either in pain or drugged up from meds and yes feeling very sorry for myself. Could not wait to get onto the board to get my messages (maybe a solution to my problems - good news) and to talk to people who are going through the same and understand. Everytime I am in my office going into the site my husband complains that I spend every night on the clusterheadache site and my children try to pull me off the chair to tend to their needs. I am going out of my mind. Thats why I said i am always in a hurry.
Then, after reading all the posts I see I have mail and low and behold I get the one from Ave. Well, that was the straw that broke the camells back. I just felt like my only escape had turned on me as well. Ave, I tried everything to reply directly to you but it kept saying that the address was either incorrect or I have been blocked from your address list.
To those of you who asked all the questions about who the hell I am and if I am a sufferer and Ave has lots of friends etc etc, thanks for the welcome! Here are the answers.
Yes, I am a clusterhead and yes I have been posting under the same name for 4 years now. The message board settings etc has changed since I started and when I went in to post again I had to set up my name etc all over again and that is why it says I am a newby. What happend to Dave (a totall honey who saved my sanity 4 years ago and Linda from SA who stood by me when I was in hospital etc.) They are oldies too, but have not seen them on site lately. You see, people tend to only post when in cycle. Before I carry on I will see if I can find my posting on the guest book to eliminate duplicatoin. Not too familier with these new settings but will see what I can do. Ok, found it. 8 February 2000 .

Ave is pretty cool. A no BS clusterhead with whom I spent far too little time.

I realize in rereading this post that it came out completely the wrong way to what it was intended. My intention was to say that since I didn't recognize your name, I don't know if you are a diagnosed cluster sufferer, a supporter, or someone who has yet to find out what their diagnosis is.
I do hope you find some help and relief soon.
