I know I shouldn't post about this....but, I'm so damn happy.......I can't help it.
Two full days PF, only a few shadows going on!! I know I'll probably get my REM hit tonight, but ya know......I'll take it. That's still PF. And four days without trex...think I've set a record....... 
Doesn't take much to make me happy!

You might try Melatonin at night to get you past the REM sleep. It seems to be working for me (today). I've slept thru the night and just wake up with a shadow, but at least I'm getting some sleep at night.
