My brother Mike's IM away message had this in it this morning: "Philadelphia isn't just a city that lies between the shadows of New York and Washington, it is a city where the Eagles are the topic of dinner conversation year round, and most people still listen to the Phillies on the radio. It is where a meal consists of a cheesesteak, Yuengling, soft pretzel, and Tasty Kakes for dessert. It is where there is a Wawa on every corner, and you look forward to the 1st day of Spring when Rita's gives out free water ice. Most importantly, it is the friendliest place on earth, where everyone is brothers and it is ok to say hello to someone you don't know. That is Philadelphia. Outsiders will never understand." Nope, I'm calling the Pats before the game starts.... Something about it being REALLY COLD, in New England, and always about a last minute field goal... Sorry Colts. Sorry Manning, I liked you too, but take the rest of the season off.... Brad

Like I predicted in the other thread, Pats & Cats. I do believe Cats will take it all. *Yes, I am a die hard 49er fan, but we all know how they did this season. Had to root for someone, (in the remaining season after the 49ers defeats) so I chose the Panthers.

Really tough to win when you turn the ball over 5 times... My family is one of those "Dungy Sympathy" family's here in the Tampa area, so we were kinda of pulling for Indy...all in all I felt the NE was the better team. Not sure about this NFC game. Panthers are a sleeper, and something about the Eagles reminds of the early 1990's Bills...

I've gotta believe Bill Bellifuck is the best coach going right now and I don't see his Pats losing this year. He has a plan going in and his guys come ready to play on game day. if we only had a coach like that in St Louie. Jim btw, late in the 3rd and Carolina's looking good.

Well, the Pats look real good, but a couple of years ago few gave the upstart Patriots much of a chance against the Rams...returning to the big game after a years absense. Striking parallel... As for the Eagles...can we say "Philadelphia Bills" now?
