I'm not sure what this woman thinks she is going to accomplish by claiming that she had the winning ticket and lost it. The lottery board basically said "It sucks to be you" and justifiably so.
To bad I didn't win the money, because I was gonna build the biggest strip joint in the world and have 24 hr. lappers for me and all of my CH brothers!LMAO
