well i made it thru another clusterbomb filled nite...god im really loosing track of time and space..i've been gettin them about every 8 hours..i cant remember if i had one this mornin at 7am or at 3 am ....i just cant remember...a question for yas...does anyone think the change in daylight hours could be a trigger? i swear that as soon as we start loosin daylight i start to feel them creepin in...i think im gonna move to the equator..where its always 12 and 12....anyway i gots 4 imitrex pills left to get me thru friday afternoon when i see my neuro again...wish me luck...i hope i make it...cheers all...gary in hunterdon

Some feel that the lack of daylight is a trigger. There have been people taking Light Therapy (basically exposing yourself to some nice bright lights for an hour each day).
