Have you seen this nifty little thing in the stores? It's a small square wooden block. They call it the "Exercise Block." The directions say to set the block on the floor. Walk around it twice. Now sit down & rest. Congratulations! You have just walked around the block twice! Who says exercise has to be exhausting? Keep this up and you'll be down 20 pounds by Christmas! (If anyone wants to try this, check with your doctor first. Then head on over to your local Walgreens...that's where I got mine. Now excuse me, while I go walk around the block.) Jimmy

One day I was doing some wood working in the garage and my grandson was nagging for me to take him for a walk around the block. I handed him a block and said "Here, go by yourself" He didn'r get it. What a little blockhead.
