The "Great Society" happened, that's what. Every dime the government "gives" to someone, comes out of mine or someone elses pocket. The ferderal government generates zero dollars in revenue, folks. They get their money from us, so the next time you hear wonderfull news about a great new federal or state program, ask yourself, and your representative, "Who is going to pay for it?"
