A Buddhist asked the hot dog cart vendor, "Can you make me one with everything?"
The Buddhist paid with a $20 bill which the hot dog vendor put away and then closed his cash drawer. "Where's my change?" asked the Buddhist. The vendor replied, "Change must come from within."
