Little boy on his new bike stops at a corner where a cop sits atop of his horse. Cop says "Thats a really nice bike, did Santa bring it for you?" Little boy says "yes sir aint it nice?" Cop says" Sure is" and hands the boy a ticket. Little boy says "whats this for?" Cop says "when Santa brings you a new bike make sure you have a reflector on the back" Little boy says "Sir did Santa bring you that horse?" Cop says "sure did" Little boy says "next time he brings you a horse you may want to tell him the dick goes under the horse not on top"
