The French commissioned a study and after six months of study and spending 1 million Euros concluded that the reason the head of the penis is larger than the shaft is to give more pleasure to the woman.
The Brits, not to be outdone, spent a year and 1.5 million pounds and came to the conclusion that the head of the penis is larger so that a man would have more pleasure.
The Italians, who consider themselves the world best lovers, spent 5 years and 15 million Lira to conclude that both the man and the woman receive equal pleasure due to the unique shape of the penis.
The Canadians, not to be outclassed by anyone, spent 6 weeks and 15 thousand Canadian dollars to conclude that the reason the head of the penis is larger than the shaft is because it keeps your hand from slipping off.
