Could someone please describe the difference between CH and episodic or chronic paroxysmal hemicrania?

I have been diagnosed with both CH and CPH or "Thunder Clap" which is the precursor to my CH. I am presently back in my cycle and needed to find out if there was something new. Imitrex stat dose and Lithium present regimine. The way paroxysmal hemicranial was explained to me paroxysmal is immediate and hemicranial one side of your head, it usually is exactly that immediate intense pain.
