Beast on daylight savings time??

Hi all, Got kicked out of bed this morning around 2AM, same as every morning for the past week or two (mid-cycle now i think, i hope ) same as usual, except that the clock is now an hour earlier - a little wierd to say the least . Maybe coincidence, will see what happens in the next few days, meanwhile I'm curious to find out how others experience time change (even between time zones) and CH regularity. I've also found that if I stay awake till after 2AM, the beast occasionally leaves me be (toss up between loss in productivity at work due to very little sleep or some lack of sleep+CH). PFDAN, Qazpur

My 8:45 am hit woke me up at exactly 7:45am on Sunday. The ONLY day in 2 weeks I could have slept in...

WE changed the digits on the clock, wish there were a button on our brains to reset NAture's clock. If you have to blame something, Blame the Moon. Did you catch the eclipse? Fun stuff. hahahahahahaahaha (not really laughing)

| Melatonin is about as close as we can get - it helps some episodics, not many chronics. Light therapy can also have an effect, although fewer people here have reported good results from that.
