Are these shadows???

Hi,

Firstly Im not even sure if my previous attacks were cluster headaches at all, I have previously posted a thread and still doubt if they were clusters after several opinions and speaking to several other medical practitioners.

My GP has sent me for a scan which revealed nothing but I have worried myself sick since having a severe headache on a few occasions back in March this year.

Since my initial series of headaches I have had constant niggling headaches every single day, this ranges from a tiny tingle to at worse a very very mild headache with a very short duration, these tiny headaches (if you can call them that) eppear at random locations around the temple, forehead and sometimes a quick tingle here and there in the cheak area, the pain is more of a dull/stinging sensation, well not even pain really.

As I have never suffered from headaches before I am seriously stressed about all this change I am going through, like so many others I cant help presuming the worse and value opinions any am looking for anyones personal opinion.

I am sure I may be imagining the pain as for the past several months I have been constantly thinking, "oh god, is today gonna be the day when I get a really bad headache like so many of you unfortunately get".

Please offer some advice as Im really at the end of my teather here and absolutely depressed to hell........

Thanks in advance,

Welcome. First of all - try to be positive and don't anticipate the worst (easier said than done, I'm sure)Secondly read all through this site and other headache sites (links at left) and take the cluster quiz on the left.  See the doctor again and try to get some answers. I sure hope you don't have these, but if you do...we're here for you. I'm a chronic and get shadows (some not bad at all, as you describe) every single day.
