I went 6 days without a headache and was feeling super.  I thought the beast was finally done torturing me and was going to give me some remission.  Boy was I wrong.  I got hit with two kip 8-9 headaches.  Ive been so sad all day I feel like  Cry.  I know I should be thankful for those 6 days but I thought it was over.  Im tired of them ruling my life.  The doctors, the meds, the fear, the pain, everyday I got to think about them and worry about them.  It's all enough to give anyone a headache and thats what Im trying to get rid of.  Thanks for letting me vent.  I know people have it worse than me (chronics) and I really should be thankful.  Its just hard sometimes.

it's the pain that sucks, bro.  for sure.

having no energy, rescheduling things,

losing valualble working hours, sleep and all the rest.

but we are the lucky ones.  But a few hours, a few days.. and we'll be back....normal as ever.

so hold on and wait for it to pass.

It will be but a nightmare that you awaken from ....

Best wishes for PFDAN

No- sometimes you don't have to be thankful - sometimes it's fine to just be pissed off! Sorry about the beast's return Sad Hang in there  sending vibes and hug

sorry man!!!
I've been there 2times this current cycle.
It's ok to be pissed and frustrated. Vent away.

I've gotten to the point now where I'm coming to grips. My new catch phrase is "IT is what it is" that's it!

can't worry or hope just have to deal.

Enjoy it while you can and fight it while it's there! but always be prepared and try your best to be positive.

PM me if ya need to jsut scream cry or bullshit Wink

It too will pass
