I would be interested to try this to see if it works for me. Can anyone give me some advice on this. Is it over the counter? Where do I get it? Is there more than one form of it? If so what kind do I get? How much do I take? Is it safe to take with verapimil and depakote? Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Any drug store will have it in the sleep aid section, GNC, and Vitamin World also have it. 3mg is the standard pill size. It is pretty safe to take with the drugs you mentioned. 6-12mg is usually what most people take for cluster treatment. There is normal melatonin and time-release melatonin, I have had great luck by combining the two.
