Can someone please tell me how to go about getting gov't funding for oxygen in my home? Both Dr and "air guys" are totally unfamiliar with this treatment. Gotta love Canada. I'm surprized we have electricity and running water!!

And I'm surprised your running water dont come out in cubes. Margi from OUCH Canada will be around she'll help you out. She's out skinning a seal at the moment.

Bobbi: Drop on by our canadian site: www.clusterheadaches.ca In BC, I use Vital Aire. Margi in Calgary uses another company, I believe it's Medi-Gas. Gubberment funding is another issue. We have so much electricity we send it down to California, they just don't want to pay for it. And right next to my water tap is the beer keg tap! Good luck Bobbi. Doug

Thanx boys. for your input. I e-mailed Margi. Hopefully she knows of some mysterious loop hole that might be useful. T.T.F.N. I'm gonna go cry now! P.S. I love the "Tube in the Freezer" idea. Y'all should try it!

| Careful. Their Governor might decide to just go there and take it.

Hi Bobbi, sorry, can't help you with gov't funded oxygen. No such animal as far as I know. Most insurance plans will cover it though, although sometimes you have to prod them a little. Doug's right (or should I say Doug Wright's right? ) - we use Medigas here in Calgary - they've been awesome to deal with and, really, it's not that expensive. The description of your attacks, however....(from another thread) ... have you tried indomethacin? It sure might be worth a shot for you, just to rule out CPH.
