That's awesome Grant!!!

I've been taking it (also 6mg) for the past 2 weeks. Only got hit a couple of times but it was more aggitation than pain. Beginning was like " I'm still here" but now atleast the nights are great and have more energy for whatever may come during the day.

Hæ, Maggi,

the major difference I know of is that some melatonin is time released.  I prefer that, as it is more like the body experiences melatonin in normal sleep.  The kind I get is 50% quick release, 50% time release over several hours.  But ordinary melatonin works too.
