I am new to the site, but no stranger to the beast! 17 years chronic.  I had a one year respite while away in Iraq though.  Doc think that the desert climate has something to do with this. Anyone else experience anything of this sort? Also, since returning in Feb, I have been hit hard with h/a's on both sides when they were generally only on the right side.  I don't know how much more of this I can take!

Hey Rush, Welcome to the board. Sorry to hear you're hurting on both sides. That's very unusual but not unheard of.
You say you went to the desert and the clusters stopped.............I don't know what to say about that. Since it was the Iraqi desert I would guess that there was alot of stress. I'm a believer that stress keeps the clusters away for some people and relaxing is when the monster attacks.
Read all you can at this site. There is more cluster information here than anywhere in the world.

Dude Sorry to hear about your dance with the BEAST.  As far as the desert goes maybe it helps you.  However, this problem effects us all in different ways yet there seems no real for sure this helps this doesnt answer.  I live In Arizona considerd a Desert climate ( Never been to Iraq so I am unsure about thier climate simularities) Anyway,  Try  moving to a dessert climate and if it helps you then  RIGHT ON BABY!!!

Heat makes my ch worse.  I took a vacation a couple of years ago and spent some time in Arizona and New Mexico.  It killed me the ha were so intense.  The desert doesn't help me.  However, heat helps some people maybe you are one of them.  It could have been the stress and or a coincindence also.  The beast does what he wants when he wants.
