Hi All, Okay, a very small suggestion for people to try...by accident last night, while lying on the couch, my boyfriend and I were chatting...he starting massaging my forehead and putting pressure on the points by the inside corner of my eye, just above my tear ducts (is this making sense?) He would put pressure there, then release and massage my forehead. After about 10 minutes, my headache reduced, and I relaxed. Just a thought, if it helps anyone. Hang tough.

Accupressure was my primary way of dealing with ch for many years. But I could NEVER have someone else do it to me. It's hard enough for me to find the right spots and they change rapidly, so someone else "missing" would just make it worse.
