No you're not losing it. And it's not an uncommon thing. And don't go have any teeth pulled The trigeminal nerve goes from the temple to the face. One branch to over the eye, one below the eye in the cheek and along the upper teeth and the third branch is is in the lower jar close to the teeth roots. Click this from the OUCH site http://www.clusterheadaches.org/library/general/trigeminal_pic.htm Follow the orange nerve and you'll see why it can feel as if the pain is in the teeth. There is a great deal of cluster info at the OUCH site. Please take some time to read it.

When I was in cycle, I had the pain in my teeth also. My right eye, temple, jaw and neck seemed to be totally involved. The ice paks worked wonders for me. The cold seemed to soothe the pain. For others, heat seems to work. Sorry you're suffering......hope things go well for you. PF vibes, Jean

Teeth, hair....eyes....from the neck up is subject to beast bashing. Then there is the self inflicted damage I tend to do during an attack...pull hair...beat my head with my fists....bang my head into the wall...all of which seem to linger after the attack has passed...and the holes in the wall arr still there too! PF Today! Mark

Damn Bob, you know alot about CH ! I get the insane pain in my teeth too. Pulling teeth wouldn't help since the pain is coming from the nerves. The Occipital nerves and the Trigeminal nerves are the 'pathways O' pain' !! Unsolved

Oh, my freakin teefus are a happy part of every major HA. I have my wisdom teeth out on the left side of my face but not the right. So every episode, when my jaw is aching during an HA, I contemplate having them yanked out, thinking that those right-side bastards are the cause. Rock
