Do I take it to keep the cash flow comin in? or do I plain just move on and keep looking? Ramon

Not too far from where you are? Take it and if it don't feel right keep looking while the money is still coming in. Just about any kind of job is hard to come by right now. Will you have to move or can you commute? Moving is a pain. It all depends I guess. Lee

It sounds good to me. I know it depends on a lot of things but if you're asking us, it makes me think you want it. Nice going in any case and you can always take Jonny's advice... Charlie

Crash... that is great!!! Take it, and keep looking anyway. There's a book, "Who moved my Cheese?", I forget the author. One of my former investment banking managers gave it to all of us. It was a not-so-subtle lesson, about the rat race, that, though things look acceptable where we are, that situation can change unexpectedly, so its best to always be looking and ready to move to the next "cheese station". Do you think she was preparing us for few thousand job-cuts the company was about to make 6 months later? I think we all already know this, but its so easy to forget and just be content, or to go into denial altogether that situations are worsening. Its a lot of work to keep "looking for the cheese", but naturally, its a good way to stay in the running and find bigger and better opportunities. I'm not preaching, I'm there right now... Good Luck Ramon, I know you don't need it... you will do great and if you find a better opportunity, SnaP iT UP! Pep

Ramon, Glad to hear ya took the offer and do keep looking for something better, always. Cheese vs Chiefs??? How bout them Cowboys! (well, Priest Holmes is on my fantasy football team and we won the championship and Brett Favre, God love him) but...How Bout Them Cowboys!! My prediction is Chiefs or Patriots when the fat lady sings. renee
