I wish you and your loved ones the happiest of holidays. May your time be pain free and happy. Safe travel to all who will be on the road. I know we all have our families at home, but the family here at ch.com is the best. Hopefully, Santa will bring everyone their fondest desire.

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year... or whatever you want to celebrate... I hope all of you have the best holiday season of your lives, and that all the rest of them, as long as you live, are even better.
I'm almost can't believe I'm going to have a pain free Cristmas morning with my kids this year. I Will! It's been years... painful years, important years. This year has been 1000 times better already, and I'm saying that even though I dislocated my shoulder last night and tore a rotator cup!
