Tis the season to be crying fa la la lala lala la la I am new to the board. I am using oxygen for the first time. It is ok.. better than anything else I have tried. I have not talked to another cluser head before. Mine were different this go round. I had minor ones at night for about 4 weeks. and then I had major ones at night and minor ones during the day. Now major night and day. 4 to 5 within 24 hours. How do you do it. I am glad I do not beleive in suicide because it seems like the only option at times.

Raleigh64, Welcome to Clusterville. Us Clusterheads are tuff. No matter how bad things get, we stick it out. For ourselves and for others. Besides, there are not too many people out there that can ever experience daily pain like we do; and still manage to go through life like normal people, who most never even know of such pain we have. You WILL survive this. Have you tried Imitrex and/or other abortives. O2 is nice, but you may want to use lots of options to tackle the BEAST. Others will be around to give you good advise. Keep reading ! Pain Free Vibes coming your way.

Welcome to the madhouse. Stick around and look the place over. Amongst all the silliness there is more information here than anywhere. I guarantee you'll find some ways to help you deal with this horror. Here is the technique that I used to to cut down the attacks. At worst it's harmless: http://www.netsync.net/users/charlies/ That so many of us are pretty far around the bend helps us to deal with this thing. As Blue Meanie says, We're tough. For two decades I've had back pain 24/7. Big deal. That's the worst my lumbar can do? Hah! Let us know how you're doing. Charlie
