Maybe I'm the last to know but you can bid on Goadsby books at ebay. Two copies at the moment.

I bid $5.00 for it, and I'm on top for now.  If I get it I will donate it to the postal train so it reaches as many clusterheads as possible, so don't outbid me.   Grin
