Just above the smiley faces there is an icon looks like a miniature painting click on it. It will drop down a set of tags that look like this  the urll for you picture goes between them.
You can also just put those tags in yourself. Sort of like HTML.

you know http://etc.etc.com/yourpicture.gif
Right click on the picture you want left click on " copy link to image" modify your post and right click and paste that sucker. Then makes sureyou have the tags at each end of it that look something like this [ img] your picture here [/img ]

You can upload a picture to the web at several places. I'm sure someone here can give you a good place to go. Then you can import it's address over here to your post.
