What IS a Woobie???

I found these definitions and thought them to be amusing!
1. Constant companion, sometimes revered and sometimes abused;
2. All-purpose mouth-ornament, may function as pacifier one moment, and dental floss the next
3. Beloved object, often carried around in the mouth for extended periods of time;

My best friend in Ohio's nickname was Wooby...here is how she got the nickname...it's funny. 
We were little (like around 10 years old) and we found a dead woodpecker, so we decided to give it a funeral. We found rocks, and we drew on them with markers to make gravestones! My friend wrote "RIP Wooby" on hers!!! Her big brother and sister made fun of her because she always mixed up b's and d's. So we started calling her Wooby and sometimes we call her Woob.
