OMG....Empty Imitrex Vial???

Has this ever happened to any one??
I took a vial out to do the usual deal...and it looked "wierd" so I didn't put it in my arm. I slowly pushed it with the queu tip...nothing but AIR.....Surely if I was a meigrainer and used the pen, could that have done some damage?

Never seen that. I have had a few that seemed like there was a larger air pocket than normal, but never empty. I think I would have screamed if it where a KIP10 and empty bottle. That sounds pretty scary if you would have injected yourself.
