Cool ----- I wish I had one of those years ago --- I won't go anywhere near the ER anymore. I'm sure there are a LOT of people that will make use of that. I think it is a GREAT idea. grant

Is it just me or does that form contradict itself? First it describes CH a bit, then goes to list "migraine" preventatives and "migraine" abortives...then it ends with another CH blurp. Last thing I wanna do is bring the "m" word up to an ER doc...Lord knows they'll probably go there anyway. Chris

All of the effective CH meds were developed and marketed for migraines. What makes the differance is the dosage administered. Also, back when the form was developed "cluster migraine" a popular phrase for diagnosis of CH.

True indeed, but the relation to a migraine would most likely put you quite low on the ER's priority list and you would probably be PF by the time they saw you. Not only that, once they have that relation established, I believe they would be more apt to treat a migraine...send you home with darvocet, fiorinal or something. From what I understand, many migraine sufferers have the ability to "sleep it off". We don't get that, and the pain scale is quite different. The concept is great, but I would still rather not hand anything to a triage nurse or ER doc that had migraine on it anywhere other than.... THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS A MIGRAINE
