I sent out the link and a short message to everyone on my address book, about my headaches, the shopping site, and a link to CH.com. I made it educational at the same time. Bring awareness to the WORLD!!!

Tis the season to be shopping! As some of you know, I suffer from nightmare headaches called Cluster Headaches. I belong to O.U.C.H. Organization for Understanding Cluster Headaches. It is a non-profit group that provides support for people like me, and continues to try to educate the public and doctors on our affliction which is not yet labeled a disease.

O.U.C.H. will recieve 20%-30% of all sales (depends on monthly total sales) from www.richmont.net/ouch. That is a very good percentage, so needless to say, a good way to help them out! Check out the site to see if there is anything you all like for holiday gift giving and don't forget to use the letter Little Deb shared to send to friends and family so they can look too.
