Hey everyone! I have both good news and bad news. Some good news is that I have been trying melatonin, and things are starting to look up. I began taking 9mg per night on Thurs. night 1hr before bed. Thurs. and Fri. my headaches seemed less intense, and Saturday night I slept 5 hours and NO HEADACHES! It was awesome. I will keep this up and post more results. More good news is that though I go active duty (Army) on Nov. 15th, we won't actually be in Iraq for a couple of months. We will first conduct Urban Warfare Training at Ft. Lewis for 2-3 months before deployment The bad news is that we will be part of the response to the recent escalation of insurgency and civil unrest. We will go to the known epicenter and begin kicking in doors, breeching and clearing buildings. This is very serious business, as the casualty rate in Urban Warfare is 70%. Pretty crazy, huh! My head is spinning, but at least it's not hurting! Jason P.S. Bob was kind enough to post a pic of me on his website. http://pahlow.net/ch/ch_images/jason_bg.jpg I suggest zooming it in to see my face clearly.
