but, it sounds like I won't be able to attend the convention this year. I've been a volunteer for 23 years, and was on the Board of Directors for 8 years for The North Texas Rehabilitation Center. It is a wonderful organization, and our biggest fundraiser....The Ranch Round-up, is scheduled for the same weekend as the convention in Nashville. I'm the Chairman for the steering committee which puts on the event, and since it brings in over $250,000, I can't in all good conscience miss this event.
I'm going to go to my room and cry now......... 
Hey Deej....I was sure going to put you to work this year. I'll have to grab your Mom and Kelli......

Why does it have to be that weekend... It hasnt been planned completely yet................. hey everyone Roxy cant come to the convention... lets move it.......this isnt a dentist appt! Its a fund raiser that makes alot of scratch for a good cause... we need roxy on the hypothetical porch ( don't know if we are having porch) lets see what we can do...............Love Ree

Yeah I didn't think a sure set date was set yet rite ? What date is the roundup ? What date was the focus on for the convention ? I'd say second or third weekend in July would be nice.......(here I go pushin my opinion...jus ignore me) or we can have the convention at the roundup ! Hee-hee-hee......I been bucked off enuff in my time so I'd jus watch Pam

Can't miss that Ranch RoundUp, Rox...........any more than you can miss the great Chili Cook-Off. August really stinks for me as well (chili not included.) Thankfully, there's other dates now available for selection. I'll take anything........as long as it's in July.

Yes. The convention wouldn't be the same w/o Roxy and her drawl to make up for all the Boston/NewYak accents floating around`.
