Hi guys, This is my 3rd week into my episode. Hopefully it will be over soon. I've got a possible remedy to abort an attack, or maybe prevent one altogether. So far it's worked 3 times for me in the last 2 days. Please let me know if anyone else has experienced this. You know the feeling right before you get your attack. Its a window of 1-2 minutes before the crescendo begins. At this point, I went on the exercise bike, set at a moderate level and biked HARD until I knew it went away. Once, it aborted it completely, and another time, when I was 1 minute too late, I rode through 5 minutes of the attack and it was over. Mind you, you have to ride harder when you're a little late, but it helped stop it quickly. Hey, it's at least worth a try. Maybe a little "hard labor" will pay off in other ways too. God bless.

G'evening lelacks Welcome to the board. Excerise has been used for many clusterheads for relief. Glad you have something that works (and it's free). Stick around. There's lots of great sufferers and supporters here.

Yep, I'm one of those people Bob G mentioned. IF I hit it hard and fast, I can beat most attacks - BUT......any delay at all and I'm screwed.......... Marc
