I wonder why that at the top of my cycle on the last run that 30 min into sleep kaboom, eyes become wide open and the screaming dance begins. I noticed Alan had a 30 min nap and he got hit to. I mean you could set your watch to this thing at one time. Why is it 30 min? My neuros have not the answer can anyone offer input? 30min kaboom, 30 min.kaboom. And thats why sleep is so cherished when I am allowed to have such a thing during Topof cycle. The only thing I found was my dog Shads got tired of me waking up and dancin all through the cycle so she figured out that if she woke me just prior to 30min then the CH was not as bad. the sooner Shads could awaken me before the cluster got full momentum while asleep the better chance I had to shut it down in a timely manner. Thats right my dog would wake me as I was slipping into a CH danc. The sooner I got awoken the better off I was. Yup I owe it to my dog for helping me through the last cycle. Hmm maybe she knows or senses something,..Surf

Yeah my dog used to sleep at the foot of my bed...I think he got tired of getting stepped on cause now he sleeps at my brothers feet.  Its the REM thing that triggers alot of CHers nighttime and sleeptime hits.

Hang in there....top of your cycle only means one thing....There is a light at the end of your tunnel now.  Soon to be PF vibes to ya.

Gena, You will halfto come to Iowa and get to know her. She is very friendly once she gets to know you all 125lbs. But see it takes along time for her to get to know someone new. She is somewhat like us and hates to see anyone in pain or hurting..Ouch,Ouch,then bite bite bite warning must be the mastif in her. Hmmm. Keith(Surf)
