Feeling pretty beat up

I guess in order to have a good night you have to have a bad night once in awhile. I got hit 3 times through the night with 3 major level 10's, and did a half shot of imitrex on the first two, then ran out, so I had to take an Imitrex pill for the 3rd CH. It took forever to kick in, so I sat on the floor punching my leg for awhile. Fell asleep coming out of the attack sitting up, and woke up with a bad crick in my neck. Out of 'Trex shots, and can't get any filled (my prescript along with medicaid is an unfunny joke!), so now I am using the Trex pills. Not sure how well they will work, but my experience with another abortive pill, Zomig was always 50/50, sometimes it worked, other times it didn't.

Been feeling like a zombie all day, and didn't get anything done I was supposed to do today. Been shadowing so hard feels like I am in a constant level 1 or 2. Took some Tramadol but that stuff is so nasty, makes ya itch and sweat and get dizzy. It does help with shadows, general neck and head aches - but of course, nothing can touch the beast. Gonna see when I go back to the Doc next month if he can hook me up with some Trex sample injections, and explain my dilemma with the system with him. I just keep telling myself 'it will get better', because no matter what I have been through, I have survived, and things did get better.

Peace,
Carl D

Sorry about your horrible night Carl. I hope you can get some relief and some more meds. Bah, it's so nasty...you've been such a positive person here, I hate to see you suffering...

Sorry Carl D.
Attacks are the worst but it's them damn shadows that get me down. This year the shadows just WON'T GO AWAY! Varipamil cut my CONSTANT FREAKIN' SHADOWS in half.
Hang in there, you'll make it through and be alive to brag about it.
