Tea as a Trigger

I don't know if this might help someone else, but I think that tea is the trigger for my headaches. I noticed when my headaches came on, tea seemed to make them worse. My clusters have come every nine months for the past 10 years. Since I quit drinking tea, it has been 14 months since my last headache. Since I drink other things with caffine in them, it may be the tannic acid in tea that sets off the headaches. Hopefully, this will help someone else. Joe
