question about symptoms

hello all... as you can tell by my "name" i am not certain that i suffer from cluster headaches. i definitely get severe headaches that seem to fit most of the symptoms and descriptions i'm reading about. i have been going to the doctor for at least a year off and on with what they keep diagnosing as sinus but i don't have congestion or drainage (other than eyes watering and runny nose during the headache) i've tested negative for allergies and none of the sinus medication i've tried helps. i only just starting looking at cluster as a possible diagnosis. as i said, almost all the symptoms seem to fit perfectly with one major exception. my headaches don't start at night, they usually start in the early afternoon or evening. the worst ones usually in the evening, peeking before i go to bed. before i go to the doctor sounding stupid (again) can you tell me, do any of you who really do have cluster headaches get them regularly during the day?

When i was on 1st shift, my Ch's would always start about 1 to 2 hours after i got home. Now that i am on 2nd, they usually wake me from a sleep. Ch's can and do happen at all different times. I think most people will say they have a tendency to start after we have relaxed or are into a deep sleep. The hard thing about Ch's are that they are never typical, about the time you think you have found a tendency, they will change! Good luck with your ha's, I hope you soon find relief! Patrick

Do you think that when they asked George Washington for his ID, that he just whipped out a One Dollar Bill?
